Yellow Squash Casserole



If you feel like making a yellow squash casserole, your wish came true! Here’s my best recipe for yellow squash, you guys will love it.
You’ll Need (for the squash):
1 cup of mayonnaise.
1 small chopped onion.
½ tsp of salt.
¾ cup of parmesan cheese.
2 lightly beaten eggs.
¼ tsp of pepper.
2 lbs of yellow squash cooked and drained.
You’ll Need (for the topping):
½ cup of breadcrumbs.
1 tbsp of melted butter.
How to:
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, onion, salt, cheese, eggs and pepper until well combined then add in squash stirring gently.
In a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish, pour the mixture.
Mix the melted butter with the breadcrumbs and spread over the casserole.
In a preheated oven to 350°, bake for 30 minutes.
